Tedium and The Most Beautiful Suicide

Hello to my readers with eyes full of blood. Though I saw yesterday for the first time one horror classic of the 80's, Poltergeist II: The Other Side (1986), I'm little inspired. I have so much to write about it, but not today... the sunday afternoon syndrom has caught me entirely, and thelaziness it brings is unsurpassable. But I'll let you with the picture of The Most Beautiful Suicide. The pretty chick is Evelyn Mc Hale, 23-years-old. She just left her fiancé, in May the 1st, 1947. After writing a note in which she said that she "woudn't do a good wife for anybody", she threw herself from the observation platform of the Empire State Building in New York. Photography student Robert Wiles immediately registered that death so beautiful, just a few minutes after Evelyn's scultural body fell over a car at Fifth Avenue, turning it no more no less than a mashed block of metal.

A Sleeping Beauty in eternal rest in metal. Andy Warhol made his own version of the beautiful pic. Let's see it:

Yes, it's creative like only Warhol's genius could be, but it doesn't surpass the original.
Well, I'm gonna enjoy my sunday tedium. See ya!

P.S. - forgive me for my bad English...
